My client, a highly successful Head Office within the retail sector are recruiting on a temporary basis for 2 x Recruitment Administrators to support them with an up and coming recruitment drive. The role will initially be for 8 weeks, however could go on longer. The role would suit a recent graduate looking to gain some recruitment / HR experience, a strong Administrator, or even a customer focussed candidate.
You will have a confident, professional telephone manner and have the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Your main responsibilities will include; screening applications, screening candidates – working from a set list of questions, booking candidates on to assessment centre days and sending out the confirmation paperwork, attending assessment centres, sending out offer letters / contracts.
Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential. Great opportunity to gain some experience in the HR / Recruitment field.
