No previous recruitment experience is required. This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working within either, customer service, retail or hospitality.

Your general week to week responsibilities will include, advertising roles, interviewing candidates face to face to discuss their career goals, liaising with all levels of clientele, attending client meetings to gain their company requirements and consulting them on the current job market, setting up candidate interviews and helping find our candidates their dream job! This is a very varied and busy role, but it comes with a lot of job satisfaction and rewards.
