RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY – £15k. This well established company are seeking somebody extremely professional and confident. The candidate will be based on Front Desk, duties include; meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls – transferring calls, taking messages and dealing with any queries, postal duties, co-ordinating 3 meeting rooms, booking meetings and using Outlook for diary management, running errands, ordering stationery, copy typing letters and reports and any general administrative duties when required.

The IDEAL candidate must have previous reception / secretarial experience.
