Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to recruit a Part Time Medical Receptionist, to join our client who are a busy Medical Centre based in Liverpool. They are offering part time hours (12 – 15) each week and there is some flexibility on working days.

Role responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Dealing with face-to-face enquiries
• Booking appointments using EMIS
• Answering incoming calls
• Processing prescription requests and referrals

Skills required:

• Ability to build strong relations to ensure excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
