  • RECEPTIONIST – Based in a beautifully modern front of house office space, you will professionally meet and greet all clients and visitors, manage the main telephone line (prioritising, taking messages and re-directing), set up the onsite meeting room, order supplies and refreshments, organise company events (professional & social) and book travel arrangements for the legal professionals within. We are very open to Reception experience from all backgrounds, not just legal!
  • PARALEGAL – This role involves complex administration, interviewing/meeting with clients, taking instructions, producing bundles and documents, attending court hearings, assisting in the preparation of bills of costs and overseeing the overall progress of cases to keep matters running smoothly. FAMILY LAW backgrounds will prove a great advantage on application, however, more general PARALEGAL/ LPC / LAW DEGREE backgrounds are very welcome. This company are in a position to possibly offer a training contract later down the line, should they find the ambitious and high performing ‘go-getter’ they have in mind – so this really isn’t an opportunity to be missed!
