Training Administrator           Sale       c£24,000doe

A leading training provider have an exciting administrative role, close to both tram & bus links.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Complete the sales contract process. Producing contracts, ensuring client completes & provides all relevant information for the training event to take place.
  • Main point of contact for client queries
  • Completing Pre-Course Event Information
  • Sales project management
  • Responsible for Programme Implementation
  • Support the management with any process improvement ideas
  • Data management
  • Working closely with the events & customer care teams to ensure trainers have all the relevant training materials at the site before the training commences
  • Maintaining, updating sales and customers records
  • Liaise with other departments on administrative matters
  • Assistance with the yearly budget process
