TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/ADMINISTRATOR – WILMSLOW – £23K BASIC + MONTHLY PROFIT SHARE + BONUS SCHEME + EXCELLENT BENEFITS.

 

Working for a large successful, reputable and well established independent recruitment agency with branches all over the North West. Working as part of a small, friendly and knowledgeable team in an exciting and people related environment where no two days are the same and you will get to work alongside and learn from very experienced recruitment professionals.

 

  • Screening and resourcing candidates both face to face and over the phone
  • Taking job descriptions and briefs from clients face to face and over the phone and questioning in depth in order to understand their recruitment needs
  • Matching positions with suitable candidates and talking to candidates extensively about positions and their experience
  • Setting up interviews and keeping a track on active roles on a busy job pipeline
  • Formatting and writing content extensively to describe candidates and roles to clients and applicants and sending and responding to emails in a busy inbox.
  • Creating and writing adverts for positions and uploading them onto the website and job sites
  • Contacting clients by phone to discuss recruitment opportunities and further sell the services of the company
  • Visiting clients organisations and building strong business and working relationships
  • Working to achieve monthly team targets
  • All related administration duties

 

This role needs someone with an outgoing and confident personality, excellent English and grammar – written and oral, preferably a graduate but not essential if you possess good GCSE or A Level English grades, a go getter with a  passion and interest in people.  You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change from one minute to the next.  You will present yourself in a business and corporate fashion and have a strong and professional work ethic.  The earning potential is fantastic with monthly profit share and a bonus scheme and you will be trained on the job by very experienced Consultants.
