We care currently recruiting on behalf of a family run business in the heart of Sandbach. They are seeking a candidate who can join the business at an entry level position and learn all aspects of the office such as customer service, administration, finance and marketing. Initial daily duties will include:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for the department
  • Answering and transferring calls in a professional manor
  • Dealing with postal duties
  • Filling of records
  • Typing letters and emails
  • Assisting all departments with ad hoc tasks
  • Handling customer queries
  • Processing customer orders
  • Raising invoices
  • Handling order queries relating to deliveries, missing items or returns


This is a new role within the company and they are looking for an individual who is wanting to kick-start their career, grow and develop. You will be willing to learn, be a confident team player and have the ability to use all Microsoft systems with ease. A fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently finished their studies at college and is looking for a foot in the door within a company who will support their growth. GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths is ideal. Candidates who have had some office experience previously would be welcome.
