A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small office environment based in the Northwich area (own transport is required due to the rural location). We are seeking a candidate with 6-12 months office experience (minimum), who wants a foot in the door within a company who can offer a support your career growth and develop your skills. The role would also suit a recent graduate who is keen to kick start their office career.


This role will see you starting with general admin tasks such as updating documents, filing, and archiving as you learn about the business over the first few weeks. Duties will include…

  • Processing customer orders
  • Raising invoices
  • Logging invoices on the accounting system
  • Updating internal databases
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and emails
  • Responding to general enquiries
  • Logging deliveries in and out of the business

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and looking for a challenge. Ideally you will have worked within an office previously and have the ability to utilise systems such as Excel and other Microsoft packages. On site parking available. Open plan offices.
