TRAINEE ADMINISTRATOR – LIVERPOOL – FTC 1 YEAR – £18,964 – ASAP
My client, an award-winning professional services team in the Liverpool area are recruiting for a Trainee Administrator to join their modern City Centre office.
Key duties will include:
- Scanning hard copy files and documents.
- Using a document management system to arrange and create e-files through scanning documents.
- Adhering to deadlines.
- Destroying files.
- Managing central file storage locations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and the ability to use all Microsoft packages.
25 Days Annual Leave (Pro rata)
Birthday privilege day and Christmas shut down.
