£24,000 – 28,000 DOE

Mon to Fri, with an early Friday Finish each week.

Immediate Start.


  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to confirm receipt of products within the UK.
  • Managing Customer Orders from ‘In Transit’ through to successful delivery
  • Ensuring invoices are passed at appropriate times for payment.
  • Coordinating stock movements
  • Accurate data input and system maintenance
  • Creating export documents as and when required
  • Ensuring all customs entries are completed correctly and compliantly


  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures e.g. Bills of Lading.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, maintaining accurate/quality information.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Relationship driven, with strong communication skills.

*This role has strong potential to become PERMANENT within the first three months*
