Mon to Fri, £11.50 per hour

Immediate start, ongoing with strong perm opportunity.

Working for a successful business, you will manage the Front Desk, acting as the main point of contact for all the ‘comings and goings’ within.


  • Professionally meet and greet colleagues and visitors to site – signing in and out
  • Issue visitor passes and access fobs
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls – filtering calls and taking messages
  • Manage the ‘info@’ email inbox
  • Help organise company events and socials
  • Provide an administrative support to other departments within as and when needed
