An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Birchwood.

 

DUTIES OF THE ROLE INVOLVE:

 

  • First point of contact for customer queries over the phone/email.
  • Managing customer/client visits.
  • Attending team meetings.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain records of customer communications.
  • Performing all other administrative duties as required.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?

 

This role is seeking a candidate who has strong communication skills, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and previous administrative experience. If you are seeking a varied office role with a growing company and friendly team, then this could be the ideal role for you!
