Job Overview

Temp Office Co-ordinator, Northenden. 

£14.36 per hour, weekly pay.

Immediate start, 12 month duration.

Responsibilities: 

  • Diary management and project tracking
  • Creating and updating Job spreadsheets
  • Managing and processing company expenses
  • Ordering staff workwear, all the way through to organising client Christmas gifts and Company Events.

Desirables: 

  • Experience or interest in the architectural or building industry.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle many tasks.
