TEMP IT HELPDESK SUPPORT – £12.82 + P/H DOE – SALE BASED – IMMEDIATE START – ONGOING.

Working for an innovative company with global coverage, you will work within an experienced IT team to support your wider colleagues troubleshooting SALESFORCE system issues. You will issue tickets, investigate service requests– establishing if a USER or SYSTEM problem, guiding and providing best advice on how to quickly resolve. If you are a whizz on Computer Systems, with a genuine willingness to help others and deliver excellent Customer Service – please email your CV over to us asap!

***Computer/ Software Helpdesk backgrounds will prove a strong advantage on application. Knowledge of SALESFORCE not essential. However, a genuine interest in IT or perhaps study background in this area, alongside experience in providing excellent Customer Service within fast paced environments is essential.***
