Job Overview


8 weeks, £12.85 p/hour, weekly pay.

Mon to Fri, Full Time.

  • Assisting with the administration of meetings and events including – training events, seminars, management meetings and regional events
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, catering etc
  • Coordinating and responding to telephone, email and general enquiries
  • Uploading invoices and receipts on to the inhouse system
  • Sending out mass emails (mail shots) and recording bounce backs
  • Managing all in/ out going post and company deliveries

Excellent Public Transport Links (5 min walk away from Old Trafford Tram Stop) & Free Staff Parking available.
