You will be working for one of the UK’s largest and most respected independently owned construction business who have been established for over 60 years and work across the whole of the UK.  Based in their beautiful head office building in Cheshire they are seeking a Technical and Commercial Administrator to support the team.

Key duties will include:

  • Processing technical orders (such as drainage works, street furniture, any products relating to public open spaces and construction)
  • Raise and Process invoices, which can be complex, via coins (training will be provided)
  • Check and monitor the progress of sub-contractors’ insurances.
  • Issue Contracts in accordance with the works being undertaken.
  • Typing up of complex and sometimes technical documentation
  • Answering, screening, and transferring calls
  • Managing maildrops and supporting with brochure mailshots.
  • Help across the whole department with general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, will ideally have worked within construction, or with surveyors or a related environment, you will have strong IT skills, be computer and system savvy, if you have used Coins that would be a great advantage, as would some basic knowledge of invoice processing or purchase orders.

In return you will receive 26 days holidays, + Bank Holidays as well as free parking on site
