This very successful and expanding business involved in the export of materials across Europe and the Far East are seeking an all-round Administrator to join their dynamic team of five.

Key duties within this role will include:

  • Taking calls and liaising with customers and shipping companies
  • Booking containers, creating invoices, checking customs documentation for accuracy
  • Excellent Excel skills (Advanced) to create spreadsheets, update spreadsheets and maintain all records
  • Familiarity with basic accounts to process invoices and input data

This role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join this business and to learn new skills, to grow within the position and the company, as they are prepared to fully train the right person.  A varied, fast-moving environment, involved with shipping, purchasing, accounts and all general administration functions.

The successful candidate will be bright, energetic, wanting a career, have a hands-on attitude to get stuck-in, with a good head for figures, excellent communication skills both written and spoken along with excellent excel skills.
