This extremely successful supply company are seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support both the Supply Chain Co-ordinator and the Purchasing Manager – this is a very exciting new role as the business is expanding and opportunities have arisen.

You will be based within the newly refurbished offices, working within a small and varied team, providing support across the supply chain spectrum particularly relating to stock and shipping.

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting with organisation of shipping activities – which will include sea, road, and air freights
  • Support stock management and update reports
  • Assist with the booking of deliveries with warehouses
  • Update shipping reports
  • Update delivery cost report
  • Help with issuing delivery notes
  • Liaise with UK and International suppliers
  • Monitor all orders
  • Chase sales contracts and check for accuracy

A fabulous, varied role with lots of potential.  This role will cover for the Supply Chain and Purchasing Manager over the holiday periods, you will be able to prioritise workload, be familiar and have a proven background within a supply chain/shipping organisation, have excellent attention to detail along with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Hours 8.30 – 5pm (1hr) lunch, free on-site parking, and a Christmas Bonus.
