An exciting opportunity for a field service administrator has arisen working for one of the fastest growing businesses in the North West.


Key duties will include:

  • Ensure customer addresses and product information is entered accurately.
  •  Update/maintain customer specific asset details using sales force.
  • Create and manage spare parts quotes using Excel and sales force.
  • Monitor and expedite spare parts for system down situations etc.
  • Accurately enter field services sales and internal orders requests into sales force/Oracle per clean order book process.
  • Execute reporting via Oracle / teams: booking, billing, backlog

The ideal candidate will have at least two years relevant administrative experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to conducts themselves in a professional manner.
