Job Overview

SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR,£23,500. Trafford Park Based.

Mon to Fri, 37.5 hours per week, with an early Fri Finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Order processing and progressing of jobs to invoice stage
  • Data entry, scanning and attaching documents
  • Processing supplier invoices on to SAP and dealing with discrepancies
  • Booking hotel accommodation and making travel arrangements including overseas


  • Minimum 2 years office-based experience within a Customer Service or Administration role
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP will prove a strong advantage.
