Senior Customer Service Specialist – Permanent – Sandbach – £32,000


Our client is an extremely successful and reputable manufacturer of textiles, based in the heart of Sandbach. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join their longstanding team of commercially aware and business savvy individuals. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of all elements of customer services and you champion customer excellence in all that you do.   • Processing customer orders using Oracle
  • Dealing with returns
  • Handling complaints
  • Producing quotes
  • Work with internal departments regarding demand planning, supply chain and logistics


The role will involve a lot of autonomy, so it would be a good fit for candidates who are able to priorities their own workload, meet deadlines and provide support to other team members as and when required. Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service is required, along with a proactive nature and commercial awareness. The role is hybrid. Working from home 4 days per week and from the office 1 day per week, therefore a home office space is required. The company offer the ability to earn 5 % commission on sales, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free onsite parking, a pension scheme, and other benefits such as death in service and cycle to work.  Initial interviews to take place w.c 3rd June 2024.
