Semi-Senior Accounts Assistant        Liverpool City Centre            £28 – £34 DOE

 

 

Our clients are looking for a Semi-Senior Accounts Assistant, joining a team of 10 reporting into the Accounts & Tax Managers.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Preparation of Accounts
  • Will be responsible for accounts preparation, bookkeeping, VAT and Tax Returns for clients, under the supervision of the Accounts & Tax Managers
  • Corporation Tax computations and Returns
  • VAT Return
  • Bookkeeping
  • Banking Management
  • Company Secretarial duties
  • Preparation of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for individuals and partnerships

 

 

Skills required:

 

 

  • Experience in an accountancy practice – minimum of 3 years essential.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of using CCH and/or IRIS is essential.
  • Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, Sage is required..
