SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST – LIVERPOOL (L13) – PERMANENT – £20 – £23K DOE
My client, a well respected Legal Practice are looking to recruit a permanent Secretary / Receptionist to join their Front of House and PI team.
Key duties will include:
- Handling, screening and transferring incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting the PI Fee Earner with typing / preparing documents, updating data on the in-house system
- Handling client enquiries
- Contacting clients to chase missing documentation
- Supporting with all round administration tasks
