Temporary School Administrator/Receptionist, 4 weeks, Hanley area, £11.44ph


We are currently supporting a local high school who require temporary support due to a busy period. They are currently seeking a Administrator/Receptionist to support with all day to day duties including:


Managing incoming calls and taking messages

Meeting and greeting all visitors on site

Dealing with incoming enquiries

Updating internal records and systems

Filing and postal tasks
