Sales Support Administrator Widnes up to 28,000 DOE + Profit Share

Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with an award-winning manufacturing organisation, who are seeking to recruit a permanent Sales Support Administrator to join them, to work as part of a team.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales support skills in a fast moving and dynamic setting!

Role responsibilities:

  • Processing all customer sales orders onto SAGE
  • Processing customer returns
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
  • Making outbound calls to existing client base
  • Listing orders onto ticketing system

Skills required:

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous administrative & sales support experience, someone who can prioritize their workload and has excellent attention to detail.

· Sage Knowledge – desirable, not essential!
