Supporting a team of account managers, undertaking all administrative duties, processing customers orders and taking full ownership of the entire process through to customers receiving goods. Placing orders with suppliers, expecting, managing both small and large orders – the entire lifecycle of the customers requirement. Managing stock levels on excel, ensuring all dispatch paperwork is produced in a timely manner ready for the warehouse to fulfil the customer’s order. This is a lovely role for someone with proven customer care and administrative duties, bags of opportunity for progression!
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in working in an admin/customer care role
- Passionate about customers
- Good It skills and a willingness to support your colleagues on a daily basis
