YOUR NEW COMPANY

We are seeking a bright, IT savvy and customer service driven Sales Order Processor / Sales Administrator to join an outgoing team of 10. Supporting a successful local business we are seeking a candidate to join the ever growing company on a permanent basis. YOUR NEW ROLE

In this exciting new role you will be responsible for;

  • Processing high volumes of orders,
  • Updating customers on the process of their orders,
  • Dealing with all customer requests and investigating issues,
  • Uploading promotional information onto their online sites,
  • Developing customer relations,

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED

The ideal candidate must have 1 years’ experience within an office based customer service position, strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities. You’ll need to be confident managing a busy workload, be able to prioritise and work under pressure. Don’t miss out – call us today!
