This prestigious, well established company based on the popular business village of Buckshaw, Chorley are seeking a confident, professional Customer Focussed candidate to join their team due to ongoing growth and expansion.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Sales Order Processor you will be based within an existing team of 8 and will be responsible for processing high volumes of orders valuing up to £250k onto the in-house system (accuracy is a must!), checking product information and providing to customers, coordinating the despatch of orders, handling and resolving customer queries and/or complaints and supporting with ad hoc administration tasks.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
You will have previous sales order processing experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels, a confident telephone manner is a must as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy skills.
