Job Overview

Sales Order Administrator                 Trafford Park  £30,000 doe

  • Responsible for processing sales orders via email and phone onto the system
  • Entering orders into SAP & checking status with production to confirm delivery
  • Raising sales invoices on a daily basis via SAP
  • Posting customer receipts from bank statements on daily basis into SAP
  • Administrator for sales quotation process and maintaining sales orders
  • Booking transport with external hauliers on a daily basis using transporters booking system
  • General reception duties, including visitor meet & greet, inductions, weighbridge processing, safety induction presentations and incoming / outgoing post.
  • Assistance to H&S Manager with any administrative tasks that are required
  • Raising sales invoices and sending reminder letters to customers, including reconciliation of cash daily against customers accounts for monies received
  • Building good relationships with customers to optimise companies profitability

** Sales order processing experience and a knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM database are essential **
