YOUR NEW ROLE
Based in the accounts department you will have responsibility for all aspects in the administration of the revenue invoicing and credit notes processes including reviewing sales orders regularly and ensuring billed at earliest opportunity, liaising with other teams to seek out start dates for monthly recurring billing, liaising with other teams to seek out approval for outstanding billing and ensure sales orders are updated accordingly, ensuring clients with special billing arrangements are billed accurately and on time and creating all invoices for the group amongst other duties.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
The main skills required for the role would be strong organisation abilities, numeracy and a high level of attention to detail. NetSuite experience would be ideal, but not essential.
