A leading manufacturing business are recruiting an Administrator to join their team.   If you have the relevant admin support experience, please apply today!

  • Answering the telephone, dealing with drivers’ issues and any queries with the weighbridge
  • Managing a busy inbox email, actioning queries within set timelines
  • Supporting the Depot Manager and Finance Manager and a small team of sales staff with all administrative duties
  • Opening new customer accounts, accurately maintaining customers details and processing sales and purchases via the in-house system
  • Raising sales invoices and processing third party invoices, chasing customers for purchase orders
  • Creating purchase orders and reconciling against delivery notes and invoices
  • Recording employee hours onto excel and the in-house system.
