Our client are a major storage and distribution centre who support major suppliers across the UK and Ireland.  You will be based in their friendly and close nit team within their offices in Newcastle Under Lyme, working as part of a small customer service team reporting to the Customer Service Manager.


Duties will include:-


  • Handling all initial customer enquiries
  • Processing sample requests and Customer orders
  • Raising invoices and credits
  • Allocating available stock via the in-house system
  • Manage any price queries
  • Handle and resolve Customer Complaints
  • Organise transport of goods with the Warehouse Team

You will have excellent customer service experience along with good communication skills both written and verbal.  Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English, a Chemistry grade would be advantageous but not essential.  You will have accurate and speedy processing skills, attention to detail as well as knowledge of computer systems and input procedures.
