SALES ADMINISTRATOR. Bamber Bridge. £18-£22k DOE.

YOUR NEW COMPANY

My client is a leading supplier in their industry, due to expansion and an internal restructure they are actively recruiting for a confident, professional and driven Sales Administrator to join their team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with high volumes of inbound calls dealing with customer enquiries / queries and seeing through to resolution, providing advice and recommendations on products, up-selling products and services, dealing with email correspondence, maintaining customer accounts, generating and following up quotations, managing orders through the system, building strong rapport with customers, working to set KPI’s and dealing with all round administration tasks.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Aptitude for technical support knowledge
  • Ideally have experience of working within a technical environment
