SALES ADMINISTRATOR – HAYDOCK WA11 – PERMANENT – £22,000

An extremely successful and highly-regarded company – my client has an international reach and is a manufacturing specialist. They have grown year-on-year and are very well established. They boast modern offices and a brilliant working environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an administrator to join their team – working closely alongside the Sales/Customer Service function.

Your key duties will include:

  • Processing of high volumes of complex customer orders on an internal system
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
  • Assisting the Sales Managers with project administration/tracking
  • Producing Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with production / transport etc. to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Updating the CRM database etc.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced Sales Order Processor
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have accurate data entry skills
  • Be able to handle a fast-paced environment
