YOUR NEW ROLE
You will act as the first point of contact for the business, handling and fielding calls and messages for other staff members. Daily duties will include processing customer orders using SAP, producing invoices, liaising with production to establish lead times and arranging transportation using 3rd party transport companies. You will be responsible for negotiating rates and confirming deliveries with customers. Experience of import or export would be advantageous however it is not essential.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
You will either be a bright, articulate graduate or an experienced Sales Administrator. Previous experience of using systems such as SAP would be advantageous but is not essential. Own transport would be desirable due to location.
