SALES ADMINISTRATOR – SKELMERSDALE WN8 – £20,000 – £23,000 – PERMANENT
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, innovative and client focussed organisation. My client is a specialist supplier with a global reach. They boast modern offices and are growing from strength-to-strength. Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join their team.
You will be joining a well-established team and a company who believe in promoting from within and have very low staff turnover.
Your main responsibilities will include;
- Processing high volumes of customer orders using SAP
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Resolving stock/delivery queries
- Assisting with basic finance – processing invoices etc.
- Opening new customer accounts
- Ad-hoc duties
My client really believes in developing the staff. If there’s a certain part of the company you have a passion for – they will support you exploring that! I.e., Marketing, Project work etc.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a professional, confident telephone manner
- Be able to handle a fast-paced and varied workload
- Any experience using the system SAP would be HUGELY beneficial
