Our client are a prestigious long established Jewellers based locally in Alderley Edge who are looking to recruit a Repairs Administrator for their watch and bespoke jewellery sector.
Your New Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to take on a busy and varied role, working within a small team of 3 above their retail store.
You will manage the whole process of the watch repair process including booking appointments, ordering parts, liaising with customers and insurance companies and maintaining these records on a computer system. You will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to high profile customers. Receiving post and distributing around the store, Ensuring stock is returned to suppliers when no longer needed. Communicating with insurance companies regarding customer claims and policy details. General administrative duties
What do I need to succeed?
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Jewellery or Watch industry. You will need to be able to build relationships with a range of people on different levels of seniority, be able to self-manage yourself and prioritise your workload. Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail is essential and being able to react quickly when necessary.
