RECRUITMENT/HR CO-ORDINATOR – TRAFFORD PARK  – PERMANENT – C£22,500DOE

A prestigious manufacturing company, based in the heart of Trafford Park have a new and exciting vacancy to support the HR function:

  • Liaising with line managers to understand their vacancies and requirements – getting to know the full life cycle of their needs and taking full ownership of recruitment within the firm
  • Meeting on a regular basis to gain job specifications, producing adverts and placing on various portals
  • Managing the in-house HR database
  • Placing all adverts on various portals and reviewing responses daily
  • Sourcing candidates through various recruitment drives, vetting CV’s and undertaking initial brief vetting
  • Attending ad-hoc recruitment fayres to attract new talent
  • Shortlisting applications for hiring mangers
  • All on-boarding, offer letters, contracts, and any change in contractual obligations
  • Ad-hoc HR and recruitment reporting and undertaking all other HR administrative tasks as required in order to assist your colleagues on a daily basis

If you have proven work experience as an HR Administrator, a background in recruitment or strong administration skills and experience handling confidential information on a daily basis along with excellent verbal and written skills and are computer literate in (excel, word, outlook), then please apply today!
