A community service provider that are based in the heart of sale have a vacancy for a recruitment coordinator.   • Assisting with interviews
  • Identify suitable advertising media and design appropriate advertisements
  • Help to manage relationships with recruitment companies and source new potential recruitment companies
  • Help distribute recruitment materials locally
  • Answering the phone and dealing with professionals, staff and external queries efficiently and professionally
  • Passing on relevant information to the management team as required
  • Ensure all data on applications received is current and accurate
  • General office duties including calls, meetings & updating paperwork
  • Book appointments and maintain department diary
  • Maintain accurate company databases
  • Always maintain privacy and confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the service
