Recruitment Administrator. Bolton. £22k – £24k doe

Forrest Recruitment Ltd have been established for over 39 years and are highly experienced in our field of providing temporary and permanent Commercial Office/Finance staff to various industries and sectors across the North-West. We have 8 branches and all work together to find our clients the right candidate and to place our candidates in their dream job! We require a dynamic and organised team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels face to face/by telephone. Supporting our busy Bolton branch, duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team of Consultants and the Branch Manager
  • Answering incoming calls/emails and handling enquiries from job seekers
  • Screening high volumes of CV’s/applications in response to job advertisements
  • Greeting/welcoming visitors, candidates and clients to the office
  • Collating and calculating temporary worker’s timesheets on a weekly basis and submitting hours worked to the Payroll team
  • Handling payroll and holiday pay queries
  • Creating job adverts and posting on Indeed, Total Jobs, the Forrest Recruitment website and LinkedIn
  • Formatting and typing candidate CV’s
  • Sourcing candidates for jobs via various Job Boards and contacting candidates to discuss positions
  • Supporting the Consultants with registering candidates and setting up interviews where necessary
  • Completing Right to Work checks and reference checks
  • Updating and maintaining candidate and client files
  • Sending out marketing emails to clients to promote available candidates
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Assisting to deal with IT and facilities issues and liaising with relevant providers/tradesmen
  • Filing, archiving and shredding of confidential documents

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (with one 5:30pm finish per week)
