PERMANENT PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST – ALTRINCHAM –  WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY – 22½HOURS – C£11PH 12MTH FTC

An established, corporate firm seek a proven Receptionist to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover.

*** Do you pride yourself on running the full front of house? *** Meeting and greeting visitors are just a small part of the role, other duties include running the full front of house, hospitality, and facilities management. Looking after the meeting rooms, ordering catering, stationery and preparing refreshments. Organising couriers, processing invoices, and assisting in all other administrative tasks as and when required.

Main responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls and taking messages, processing payments and supporting with general administration and postal tasks.

My client is seeking a confident, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to support them with cover for up to 12 months
