Receptionist/ Administrator- £18,000- Permanent- Alderley Edge
My client is a local, family run company that are growing at a rapid pace. Due to extensive company growth, they are seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to join their open plan office based in Alderley Edge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a customer focused role and clerical capacity.
Your duties will include liaising with people over the phone and dealing with queries, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms and organising catering for management meetings, typing up meeting notes on behalf of Senior Management, screening emails and sending to the relevant departments, diary management, booking travel and accommodation and dealing with all incoming and outgoing post.
