YOUR NEW ROLE
Due to internal promotion my client is seeking a confident, personable, well presented and customer focused Receptionist / Team Administrator to be based within their bustling, thriving office. This is a varied role compromising of both front desk reception and back office administration where you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, emails and post, as well as welcoming, visitors, clients and customers. Your responsibilities will also consist of diary management for busy team, typing letters, reports and correspondence, using Word, Outlook and Excel on a daily basis, updating the company website, updating and maintaining data on the in-house system and general administration tasks consisting of filing, faxing and photocopying.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
The successful candidate will be professional, well presented and confident as well as have experience of working in a busy office environment, both in a team and on your own initiative.
