An exciting opportunity has arisen for two temps to join this well established and successful sales and service business due to extra workload. The company deal with large, national contracts and have a great reputation in their industry. This is a fast-paced and bustling office environment and would suit a dynamic, people person with a varied administration background. Working in a friendly team of 15, the day to day duties will involve:

  • Ordering parts for engineers for jobs using the bespoke system
  • Prioritising the urgency of jobs and ordering parts accordingly
  • Updating job and client details on the inhouse system
  • Dealing with telephone and email correspondence from customers/suppliers
  • General filing and all round administration duties

***Previous purchasing experience would be a massive advantage but is not essential*** Full training will be given on the role/products but you do need to have a strong telephone manner, be confident with computer systems and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
