PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK, PERMANENT, OLDHAM, £23-25,000DOE MON- FRI

YOUR NEW COMPANY 

My client are a well-established manufacturer who offer excellent quality goods to nationwide clients. They are in need of a Purchase Ledger Clerk are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Responsible for accounts Payable function – matching, coding and input.
  • Accounts Payable liaison and query resolution.
  • Clearing AP invoices for payment after appropriate approvals.
  • Supplier Statement status summaries.
  • Review of Aged Creditors for reasonableness including missing invoices.
  • Reconciliations as required.
  • Any other duties as required.
  • Ensuring work is carried out to a high quality standard and diligence to carry out proper controls.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED 

You will have proven Purchase Ledger experience and be comfortable using the SAGE system and paper-based purchase ledger systems.
