My client are a highly successful and constantly growing company who offer a range of products and services to the hospitality industry. Whilst they are recruiting for a permanent member of staff, a temp is required to support their busy accounts team for up to 2 months. Joining a team of 5 in accounts but working as the sole Purchase Ledger Clerk, the day to day duties will include:

  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices onto the bespoke accounting system
  • Allocating nominal codes and inputting up to 100 invoices weekly
  • Completing intercompany transactions
  • Allocating payments from customers onto the billing system

My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can hit the ground running and is a team-player – immediate start available.
