This very successful business based in Sandbach, are seeking a competent and friendly Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their pro-active team.

This role will see you;

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices received
  • Matching invoices to job and purchasing record
  • Distributing unmatched invoices for approval
  • Managing incoming emails relating to invoices
  • Notifying suppliers of errors or queries
  • Reconciling with supplier statements
  • Co-ordinating payments to suppliers
  • Facilitating urgent payments to shipping lines
  • General administration work


The team are friendly and outgoing as is the company which offer some excellent benefits including discretional bonuses, an enhanced holiday allowance, company pension scheme, free parking, and the ability to work 8.30-4.30 or 9-5. To join this team you will need to have Purchase Ledger experience, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
