Purchase Ledger                     Liverpool City Centre   up to £25k doe


Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to recruit an Purchase Ledger to join a well-established company in Liverpool, due to continued growth & expansion. Immediate start available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Filing invoices
  • Data entry
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary


  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • To be computer literature and have experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Self–motivated, methodical, and organised.
  • Good communication via email and phone.
  • Team player
  • • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
  • Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping
  • Ability to work to deadlines
