YOUR NEW COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator within a prestigious and well established construction firm who are leaders in their field.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Answer calls and emails from customers regarding their property warranty periods, ensuring their queries are answered and resolved within the agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all Customer Care internal courtesy calls are made, and the time frame is adhered too and the internal red flag process is adhered to where applicable to ensure we can manage our customers’ expectations efficiently.
  • Plan the allocation of own work and that of Customer Service Technicians/Sub Contractors.
  • All defect repairs to be logged accurately onto the in house system as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments
  • Liaise with internal departments where necessary to ensure accurate information is retrieved.
  • Maintain regular communications/updates with the customers
  • Processing visit reports following internal visits, issue task instructions for Customer Service Operatives and subcontractors.
  • Performing all other administrative duties as and when required.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • Experience in a similar role; • Able to think strategically and coordinate complicated work programmes; • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers;
