Forrest Recruitment Ltd a pleased to be partnering once again with our client who provide services within the public sector all across the UK. Due to an upcoming project, they are looking for an empathetic, diligent and organised individual to join them at the start of the project to assist with day to day administration duties.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the team inbox
  • Booking attendees onto training courses and providing them with relevant information and instructions
  • Liaising with training facilitators to schedule webinars
  • Updating and tracking financials and cancellation fees
  • Setting up meetings
  • Assisting with activities to recruit new trainers
  • Prepare and collate training documentation
  • Maintain databases and information relaying to training days and events

Our client needs someone who can go in and ‘hit the ground running’. You will be a self-starter who has a willingness to learn and commit to the team for the duration of the project. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a worthwhile and meaningful project that will in the long-term benefit 1000’s of people.
