Seeking to recruit a Procurement Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Warrington.


Core duties of the role will involve:

  • Arranging shipments with Freight Forwarders regarding freight invoices and custom entries
  • Keeping accurate delivery date information
  • Matching delivery notes
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices
  • Booking in stock
  • Setting up new product codes
  • Updating supplier purchase price lists
  • Chasing delivery dates
  • Ad-hoc Administration


The successful applicant:

  • Ability to fit into a vibrant and a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues at all levels
  • Computer literature to advanced level in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel
