This exceedingly successful management company who are based in Stoke on Trent are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their Claims/Finance Team. This role will primarily be responsible for the full reconciliations function between the Client and Company bank accounts. Duties will include monitoring and controlling client accounts and funds, resolving reconciliation queries, producing client reports using Excel, controlling the payment processes via online banking, banking, and support to the team of general administration functions. To be successful you will need to have a good understanding of accounts processes, be an advanced user of Excel to produce spread sheets and reports, be well organised and able to prioritise your workload, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, whilst enjoy working as part of a team.
